Samarth Virmani, MD

Samarth Virmani, MD is a highly skilled endocrinologist with extensive experience in diabetes management, thyroid disorders, metabolic bone diseases, adrenal disorders, bone health, obesity medicine, and weight loss. He is also a Certified Clinical Densitometrist, specializing in the assessment of bone density and the diagnosis of osteoporosis.

Dr. Virmani earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India. He completed his fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas, followed by an internal medicine residency at the University of Central Florida/HCA GME Consortium in Greater Orlando, Florida.

Committed to research and education in his field, Dr. Virmani is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Thyroid Association, Texas Endocrinology Association, American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, and the Endocrine Society.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys singing, weight training, and playing squash, table tennis, and cricket. Dr. Virmani is fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Punjabi, and Urdu, with a basic understanding of Spanish. His dedication to patient care, combined with his comprehensive medical knowledge, makes him a valuable asset and a trusted partner to his patients' healthcare journey.
