Physical and Rehabilitation Therapist, Dr. Paige Chamberlain, joins Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic

May 13th, 2025, [Gillette, WY] Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic announces the addition of Dr. Paige Chamberlain, DPT, as physical therapy and rehabilitation specialist.

With more than eight years of experience in patient care and rehab leadership, Dr. Chamberlain brings a clinically sharp, and operationally insightful perspective to the clinic’s integrative care model.

Born and raised in Guernsey, Wyoming, Dr. Chamberlain grew up in a military family. Both of his parents served in the U.S. Army and retired as senior warrant officers. Following in their path, he joined the Wyoming Army National Guard, where he:

  • Competed internationally with the elite All-Guard Biathlon Team
  • Earned the Army Excellence in Competition badge after placing second against a fully equipped Colorado Army marksmanship unit

Dr. Chamberlain went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Clarke University and launched his career in Anchorage, Alaska, working primarily with Veterans through in-home physical therapy.

In 2020, he returned to his home state to continue serving rural communities, quickly rising through the ranks at Legacy Living and Rehabilitation. There, he transitioned from a staff therapist to Director of Rehabilitation, leading interdisciplinary teams across physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. His leadership was marked by operational improvements that enhanced both patient care and staff workflow from refining therapy practices to redesigning clinic schedules to better serve patient needs.

Dr. Chamberlain’s path to Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic began not as a provider but as a patient.

After nearly a decade without a primary care visit, he booked an appointment at HHWC and experienced something unexpected:

“Every organization states they want to change the way medicine operates- yet they continue to operate as all others do,” Dr. Chamberlain expressed. “My appointment at HHWC had more face-to-face time directly with a physician than I have ever experienced. This was not the typical visit. This was quality face-to-face time with the provider. At this point I was able to see HHWC was not simply advertising a change in medicine, but they are a living example. This is how I want to operate as a physical therapist–quality direct 1:1 time focused on improving utilization rather than a straight productivity-based model.”

This firsthand experience drew him to the clinic’s mission: to provide a new standard of care rooted in trust, connection, and whole-person healing. Dr. Chamberlain practices with a deep respect for evidence-based treatment. His approach includes advanced methodologies such as:

  • McKenzie and McGill techniques for spine and mobility care
  • Wound management protocols
  • Chronic illness rehabilitation strategies

A former distance runner turned strongman competitor, he recently advanced into the open heavyweight class and is ambitiously training to reach the state podium by 2026. Dr. Chamberlain also enjoys video gaming (typically PUBG), strength training, and marksmanship. The latter two serving as his primary means of regeneration.

His personal discipline and relentless curiosity shape his clinical approach: “I question everything — and I expect my patients to, too,” he says. “When patients understand why something must be done, they are much more likely to actively participate in their own care.”

Dr. Chamberlain's physical therapy practice will expand the clinic’s integrated approach to wellness; one that connects physical therapy with medical, nutritional, and psychological care.

Under his leadership, the department will emphasize:

  • Recovery and performance
  • Pain reduction and mobility enhancement
  • Prevention and education
  • Long-term wellness and lifestyle support

The purpose of life, as far as Dr. Chamberlain can tell is "to find a mode of being that’s so meaningful that the fact that life is suffering is no longer relevant.”
