After registering as a patient at Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic, you will automatically be enrolled in the 24/7 Care Access program and you will receive your VIP card. This card serves as your key to seamless care—present it at any hospital emergency department to quickly identify yourself as a valued patient of Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic.

• Automatically receive your 24/7 Care Access Card

If you are admitted to your local hospital, after presenting your VIP card, our physicians will be informed you have been admitted. They will take charge of your care, from admission through to discharge, ensuring that your treatment is aligned with your medical history and ongoing needs.
