Cynthia Casey, MD

Family Medicine

Cynthia M. Casey, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician with nearly three decades of experience and a deep commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Dr. Casey earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Creighton University, graduating magna cum laude, and completed her family practice residency at the University of Wyoming, where she also served as Chief Resident.


Throughout her career, Dr. Casey has practiced full-scope family medicine across Wyoming, caring for patients in a wide range of settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, emergency departments, and long-term care facilities. Her work has been rooted in rural and community-based healthcare, where she has supported individuals and families across all stages of life while
navigating the unique challenges of delivering high-quality care in underserved areas.


In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Casey has held numerous leadership and advisory roles at the local and state levels. She previously served as President of the Wyoming Medical Society and has contributed to statewide initiatives focused on healthcare policy, medical education, and quality improvement. Dr. Casey has also served as Adjunct Clinical Faculty for the University of Wyoming and the University of Washington, mentoring medical students, residents, and other
healthcare trainees.


Dr. Casey is licensed to practice medicine in Wyoming and Montana and maintains board certification in Family Medicine. She is widely respected for her thoughtful, practical approach to care and her ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with patients.


Outside of medicine, Dr. Casey enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She believes that healthcare — and life — are grounded in continual learning, growth, and meaningful connection.
