Gina La Tulipe
Gina La Tulipe’s expertise centers on orthopedics, manual therapy, joint and soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and Craniosacral Therapy (Levels I & II). With nearly three decades as a Physical Therapist, Gina’s career has taken her across the country, from a teaching hospital in New Jersey to outpatient clinics in California and Texas.
Passionate about manual therapy for the spine, pelvis, and all other areas of the body, she thrives on working with diverse patient populations and fostering a positive healing environment. Her clinical skills have been shaped not only by her experience in manual therapy but in educating her patients through their rehabilitation.
An NCAA Division I swimmer, Gina graduated with honors in Biology from the University of Delaware, and then went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at the same institution. Before moving to western Wyoming, she worked at a Level II Trauma Hospital in central Texas. Over the years, she has worked in diverse settings including inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, outpatient care, sports medicine, wound care, and neurological rehabilitation. She has also served as a Director of Rehabilitation, leading teams and shaping patient care strategies.
Gina is inspired by Dr. John Upledger’s belief that, "We need to connect with each person’s inner wisdom about their self-healing process." She embraces the philosophy that our bodies naturally seek homeostasis and healing from within through the mind, body, and spirit, and creates a supportive environment where healing and progress can flourish.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, ice skating, hiking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. Now based in Gillette, she is excited to serve the community and feels grateful to live so close to the Black Hills and Big Horn Mountains.
