Micayla Hinds, MSN, CPNP, is an experienced Otolaryngologist and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a career spanning several leading medical institutions.
With nearly 13 years of experience, Micayla has dedicated her career to helping families navigate various ENT conditions, including obstructive sleep apnea, recurrent ear infections, and chronic tonsillitis. She is particularly passionate about integrating holistic health practices with traditional medicine, offering families a comprehensive approach to their child’s care.
Micayla earned her Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA, and trained in Functional Medicine and Holistic Health Care at the Trinity School of Natural Health and The Institute for Functional Medicine. Her professional acumen at renowned institutions such as Boston Children’s Hospital, Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, and Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center, have earned her a reputation for her skill and innovative approach to pediatric ENT care.
Micayla has contributed significantly to pediatric otolaryngology research, clinical trials including two FDA trials, and patient education. She has presented at conferences such as the Society of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Nurses (SOHN) Spring Seminar, Surgery Super Users and the Summer School for School Nurses and Health Care Providers.
