Advancing Rehabilitation Care for Patients: Meet Gina La Tulipe, PT
Gillette, WY — October 1, 2025 — With 29 years of experience across multiple specialties and care settings, Gina La Tulipe, PT, MSPT, has joined Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic, bringing extensive expertise in orthopedics, manual therapy, joint and soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and CranioSacral Therapy.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with honors from the University of Delaware, where she also competed as a NCAA Division I swimmer, Gina went on to complete a Master of Physical Therapy at the same institution. She began her career at St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Teaching Hospital in Lawrenceville, New Jersey, working across inpatient rehab, brain injury, outpatient, wound care, and acute care.
She later advanced to Director of Rehabilitation with Cornerstone Physical Rehabilitation and Sportfit Physical Therapy in California, overseeing multiple clinics in Pittsburg, Walnut Creek, and Dublin. Gina then spent over a decade in Texas at Ascension Seton S.W. Sports Medicine and Adult Rehabilitation and Seton Hays Hospital, serving in both outpatient and acute care, including ICU, CCU, orthopedic, trauma, and wound care units.
Over nearly three decades, Gina has worked in diverse specialties with extensive continuing education in areas such as visceral manipulation, vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, geriatric rehabilitation, and sports medicine. “It is very important to me to empower my patients, provide education, and facilitate a positive environment for healing,” she explains.
Embracing the idea that the body naturally seeks balance and healing through the connection of mind, body, and spirit, Gina is influenced by the philosophy of Dr. John Upledger: “We need to connect with each person’s inner wisdom about their self-healing process.”
